Gas Lift Equipment & Solutions

High-rate systems for high bottom-hole pressure wells — valves, mandrels, packers, and accessories for every application.

High-rate systems for high bottom-hole pressure wells.

By injecting gas into the wellbore, the pressure required to lift produced fluids out of the well can be substantially reduced. With applications ranging from 50 barrels per day to tens of thousands, gas lift features a wide application spectrum for both land and offshore use cases. Endurance offers a full suite of application-specific equipment to support effective gas lift optimization.

Gas Lift Valves.

Lasting quality for longer run life. Our team has placed over 50,000 gas lift valves into service — we've seen every configuration, downhole environment, and system limitation. Valve testing protocols meet or exceed API recommended practices, and every component is stress-tested on our digital testing benches before shipment.

Tubing Retrievable

Installed as part of the tubing string

IPO10

Injection Pressure-Operated Gas Lift Valve · 1" OD

A 1" OD conventional gas lift valve designed for use in either continuous flow or intermittent flow gas lift installations. The valve is bellows-operated, nitrogen-charged and normally closed — simplicity of design assures a long operating life.

1" ODBellows-operatedNitrogen-chargedNormally closed

CV10

Conventional Reverse Flow Check Valve · 1"

1" velocity check valves used with Conventional Gas Lift Valves that do not have integral reverse flow check valves. Protect the casing from back flow through valves below the working valve, allow application of pressure to the tubing for circulation or acidizing, and prevent commingling of production fluids in dual installations.

IPO15

Injection Pressure-Operated Gas Lift Valve · 1-1/2" OD

A 1-1/2" OD conventional gas lift valve for continuous or intermittent flow gas lift installations. Bellows-operated, nitrogen-charged, normally closed — with a long operating life by design.

Conventional Reverse Flow Check Valve · 1-1/2"

1-1/2" velocity check valves used with Conventional Gas Lift Valves. Protect the casing from back flow, allow tubing pressure for circulation or acidizing, and prevent commingling of production fluids in dual installations.

Wireline / Slickline Retrievable

Installed in KB-series style side-pocket mandrels

GBK

Injection Pressure Operated Gas Lift Valve · Slickline retrievable

A 1" OD slickline retrievable, injection pressure operated valve designed for continuous flow or intermittent gas lift installations. Run on a GBK Series latch in a KB Series style pocket mandrel.

1" ODSlickline retrievableKB-series pocket mandrel

GBKO-3

Gas Lift Orifice Valve · Slickline retrievable

A 1" OD slickline retrievable valve for continuous flow gas lift installations. Controls gas flow from the casing annulus to the tubing — or from the tubing to the casing in EC annular-lift mandrels. Two primary housing components, a floating set, a check dart, a valve nose, and two sets of external packing.

E Dummy Valve

Non-equalizing dummy valve · KB-series pocket

A 1" OD slickline retrievable non-equalizing dummy valve installed in a KB series style side pocket mandrel. Two packing sections on two pieces of bar stock; threaded to accept a GBK series top latch. Available in high-nickel alloys or stainless steel for H2S/CO2 environments.

Screened Orifice Valve

Deepest-point injection · Tungsten carbide seat

Typically installed as the deepest point of injection in a gas lift system, in conjunction with a reverse flow check valve. Features a tungsten carbide seat available in multiple port sizes depending on the desired injection rate.

GBK-2 Latch

1" OD spring-loaded, ring-style latch

A 1" OD spring-loaded, ring-style latch that anchors retrievable gas lift valves and side-pocket accessories in the appropriate KB series style mandrels.

Gas Lift Mandrels.

Rigorously tested. Well trusted. From sourcing high-quality steel to testing each individual mandrel, every piece is gauged, drifted, and inspected before it enters our hydro-testing booth. We then pressure up each mandrel to 5,000 psi and inspect threads and lugs for any potential leaks — a best-in-industry procedure trusted by many producers.

Tubing Retrievable

Part of the tubing string

CM10 Series

Conventional Gas Lift Mandrel · Accepts 1" OD device

Installed as part of the tubing string with an exterior ported lug that accepts a 1" OD conventional subsurface control device and a reverse flow check valve. Internally drifted to standard specifications and hydrostatically tested to 6,000 psi.

CM15 Series

Conventional Gas Lift Mandrel · Accepts 1-1/2" OD device

Same principle as the CM10 but for a 1-1/2" OD conventional subsurface control device and reverse flow check valve. Internally drifted and hydrostatically tested to 6,000 psi.

IM (Internal Mounted)

Internal-mount mandrel · Limited clearance wells

Allows a 1" valve and check valve to be internally mounted, with the same O.D. dimensions as the tubing — ideal in wells with limited clearance between tubing and casing. No internal full-bore drift. Available in sizes from 1" up to 3-1/2".

Conventional Washover

Gas Lift Mandrel · Hydro-tested to 3,000 psi

Installed as part of the tubing string, with an exterior ported lug accepting a 1" OD conventional subsurface control device and a reverse flow check valve. Internally drifted and hydrostatically tested to 3,000 psi.

Packers & Accessories.

Our expertise ensures the right application fit. Endurance provides packers and accessories in common diameters, assembly styles, and metallurgies required for land operating environments. Our highly skilled technicians can help your field teams set and retrieve packers, and support reuse and repair of company-owned packer assets.

AS-III Packer

Single-grip, no upper hold-down

A single-grip packer with no upper hold-down for use where no differential pressure from below is present. A J-slot and drag block mechanism make setting easy. Large by-pass area prevents swabbing when running or retrieving.

Large internal bypass1/4-turn set / straight pick-up release

ASI-X Packer

Single-String Double-Grip · Versatile retrievable

The most versatile of the mechanically set retrievable packers — usable in any production application. Can be left in tension or compression depending on well conditions. Large internal bypass reduces swabbing on running & retrieving; bypass closes when set and opens prior to releasing the upper slips for pressure equalization.

On/Off Tools & Stingers (T2)

Full disconnection & reconnection with the tubing string

The T2 On/Off Tool enables full disconnection and reconnection with the tubing string, creating a solid seal with only one part needing to be coated or made of special material in corrosive environments. Run in tandem with a Stinger above a locking or permanent packer to retrieve tubing for repairs or redesigns without pulling the packer.

Profile & Seating Nipples

Slickline plugs & equipment — precision placement

Designed to allow common slickline plugs and equipment to be placed confidently and successfully downhole. API and premium threads can be cut on the nipples to reduce crossovers. Available in alternative metallurgies (e.g., stainless steel).
